Job Summary --
We are seeking a creative design professional with 1 year+ of experience to manage
end-to-end design needs using AutoCAD. The role involves collaborating with clients and the
sales team to deliver tailored designs for SUNROOOF, coordinating with the factory, and
ensuring timely delivery. Strong English communication and proficiency in Excel/Google
Sheets are required. Experience in luxury interiors is a plus.
Key Responsibilities --
1. Proficient in AutoCAD for detailed designs creation.
2. Fluent in English for effective communication and client interaction.
3. Competent in using Excel and Google Sheets for data management, reporting, and
tracking progress.
4. Strong understanding of the luxury interiors industry, particularly in the context of
residential and commercial spaces is preferred.
5. Creative problem-solving skills to address design challenges and provide effective
solutions.
Key Requirements --
● Responsible for end-to-end designing needs, overseeing all aspects of the design
process, from initial concepts to final execution.
● Collaborate closely with the salesperson and clients, providing designs for customer
sites based on the requirements specific to SUNROOOF.
● Analyze site technicalities, ensuring the design is tailored to fit the client’s needs and
SUNROOOF’s standards.
● Engage directly with customers to discuss design requirements, technical aspects,
and address any potential challenges.
● Provide regular updates to clients regarding design progress, order status, and any
issues encountered during the process.
● Coordinate with the installation team in the factory to send approved designs for
production, ensuring they align with SUNROOOF’s offerings.
● Maintain ongoing communication with the installation team to track order status and
ensure timely delivery to clients.
● Ideally, candidates should have at least 4 years of overall experience in design, with
a preference for backgrounds in luxury interiors.
