Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Pandhurna. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, plans, and layouts for residential, commercial, and institutional spaces in alignment with project requirements and the firm’s standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, selecting finishes and materials, coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and preparing interior drawings and presentations. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution, and assisting with site visits, inspections, and coordination during construction. The Interior Designer will also participate in client meetings, support documentation and approvals, and contribute to project delivery from design through handover.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E selection, including materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture fundamentals to create functional, efficient, and aesthetically aligned layouts.
- Ability to prepare and interpret Construction Drawings and interior detailing for execution and coordination on site.
- Working knowledge of relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong visualization, design communication, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects.
- Familiarity with building codes, basic construction processes, and sustainable design principles is an advantage.
