Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Pandhurna. The Interior Designer will work on concept development, mood boards, and design presentations for residential, commercial, and institutional interiors. Responsibilities include preparing interior layouts, space plans, and detailed construction drawings, selecting and specifying FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and consultants during execution. The role involves regular site visits to monitor quality, verify design implementation, and resolve on-site design issues in collaboration with the project team. The Interior Designer will also support material research, cost-conscious design decisions, and adherence to project timelines and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to translate client needs into functional, well-resolved interior concepts.
- Proficiency in Space Planning, including effective utilization of floor area, circulation, and ergonomic layouts.
- Experience preparing Construction Drawings and detailed interior documentation suitable for execution on site.
- Knowledge of FF&E selection and specification, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures coordination.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams on site.
