About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing startup in the home interiors space.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential interiors, strong AutoCAD skills, and the ability to translate design concepts into accurate 2D/3D drawings. You will work closely with clients, design teams, and execution teams to ensure projects are delivered as per design and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts and layouts for residential projects.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and floor plans using AutoCAD.
- Create and modify 3D designs and visualizations based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with site and execution teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Conduct regular floor/site management and coordination.
- Review measurements, layouts, drawings, and site conditions.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders as required.
- Ensure projects meet design, quality, timeline, and client expectations.
- Make design modifications based on site conditions and client feedback.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and drawings.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Interior Design, preferably in residential/home interiors.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of 2D drawings and 3D visualization.
- Practical knowledge of interior execution and site coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
