- Develop innovative office interior concepts and space planning layouts.
- Prepare 2D working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Create high-quality 3D visualisations and presentations.
- Prepare material boards, finish schedules, and mood boards.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and present design proposals.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and contractors during execution.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest interior materials, furniture systems, lighting, and commercial design trends.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in SketchUp
- Experience with V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion
- Knowledge of 3ds Max (Preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (Preferred)
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture detailing, and execution
