About the Role
IVEA Interiors and Developers is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate should have experience designing both residential and commercial spaces and be proficient in creating high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models, and realistic renderings.
Key Responsibilities
- Design functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed 2D layouts, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
- Develop 3D models and photorealistic renderings using Lumion and other design software.
- Create mood boards, material palettes, and furniture layouts.
- Coordinate with the project team to understand client requirements and design preferences.
- Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with project specifications and industry standards.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines.
- Required Skills- 2–3 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential and commercial interior projects.
Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD (2D Drafting)
- SketchUp or similar 3D modelling software
- Lumion (Rendering)
- Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
- Strong understanding of space planning, colour schemes, lighting, materials, and furniture selection.
- Excellent visualisation and presentation skills.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience working on turnkey interior projects is an added advantage.
