Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, plan layouts, and create detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use spaces. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with architects and project teams, selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E, and preparing mood boards and presentations for client review. The role involves coordinating with vendors and contractors, reviewing construction drawings, and conducting site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained. The Interior Designer will also support project documentation, timelines, and adherence to budget and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Interior Design and FF&E selection, including materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
- Strong capabilities in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and user experience.
- Knowledge of Architecture and an understanding of how interiors integrate with building design.
- Experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for implementation.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop or similar tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present concepts to clients and project stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
