Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Noida. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, and creating detailed space plans for a variety of projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, preparing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution. The role involves meeting with clients to understand requirements, presenting design proposals, revising plans based on feedback, and visiting project sites to oversee progress and quality. The Interior Designer will also assist with cost estimates, material selection, and documentation to support smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning.
- Candidates should possess relevant skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with FF&E selection and specifications.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and ability to interpret client needs.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in commercial or residential interior projects in an on-site setting is an advantage.
