Hiring: Interior Designer
Location: Indirapuram, Ghaziabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹8 LPA – ₹10 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Experience Required: 4–7 Years
We are looking for a creative and experienced Interior Designer to join our team for Residential and Commercial Interior Projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, practical site execution knowledge, material sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Note: This opportunity is specifically for Interior Designers and not for Architects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand client requirements, preferences, and project goals
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and space planning solutions
• Prepare presentations, mood boards, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and execution teams
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
• Ensure timely project delivery with high-quality execution
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and design standards
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and materials
Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial interiors
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and vendor sourcing
• Excellent visualization and detailing skills
• Strong communication and client-handling abilities
• Site coordination and project management capabilities
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in Interior Design
• 4–7 years of relevant industry experience
• Portfolio of completed interior projects preferred
Software Proficiency:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Other relevant design tools
