Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Intermediate-level Architect. The Architect will be responsible for creating and executing architectural designs, managing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring effective integration of architectural concepts and technical solutions. Tasks also include collaboration with design and execution teams to deliver aesthetically pleasing, functional, and innovative designs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and a strong foundation in Architecture principles.
- Experience in Project Management to oversee operations and ensure projects meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Skills in Software Development and Integration to implement technology-driven design solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field and at least 2 years of professional experience.
- Familiarity with sustainable and eco-conscious design practices is a plus.
