Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Interior Designer will be responsible for executing space planning, creating innovative interior designs, and developing furniture layouts and design concepts. The role involves preparing detailed construction drawings, assisting in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Other responsibilities include coordinating with clients and contractors to align with project requirements and timelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in Space Planning and proficient in developing functional layouts
- Knowledge of Architecture and Interior Design with the ability to creatively design aesthetic and practical spaces
- Strong skills in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings
- Proficiency in FF&E selection, arrangement, and coordination
- Excellent communication and client coordination abilities
- Proficiency in relevant design and modeling software
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience in sustainable and innovative design approaches is a plus
