About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Interior Designer who can independently manage residential interior projects from concept development to final design execution.
This is a client-facing role where you'll work closely with homeowners to understand their lifestyle and preferences while creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. In this role, you will be the bridge between client vision and reality, managing high-end residential/commercial spaces across Pune.

What You'll Be Doing
· Meet clients to understand their design requirements, lifestyle, and budget.
· Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space planning solutions.
· Create innovative space plans, 2D working drawings, layout plans, and high-quality 3D renders.
· Select materials, finishes, laminates, veneers, hardware, lighting, and furnishings.
· Conduct site visits for measurements
· Present design concepts confidently and manage client feedback effectively
· Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and cost estimates
· Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and construction techniques
What You'll Need
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
· 1–4 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing turnkey residential or premium commercial projects
· Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture detailing, materials, and interior execution
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp / 3ds Max (V-Ray/Enscape/Lumion is an added advantage)
· Good understanding of customized furniture, modular kitchens, and material specifications
· Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
· Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
