Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Interior Designer to join our Tathawade branch. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential interior projects, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept development to site execution.
You will work closely with clients, sales teams, and execution teams to transform ideas into practical, beautiful, and functional spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet clients to understand their design requirements, lifestyle needs, and budget.
- Develop creative design concepts aligned with client expectations and company standards.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, working drawings, and 3D views.
- Create mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors for smooth execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure design accuracy and quality control.
- Select materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and decor elements.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budgets.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and site updates.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field (mandatory).
- 1–3+ years of experience in residential interior design (no freshers).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/VRay/3ds Max (at least one rendering software).
- Strong understanding of modular kitchen design, wardrobe detailing, and site execution drawings.
- Good knowledge of materials, hardware, finishes, and costing basics.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
