Role Description
This is a full-time Interior Designer role based on-site in the Pune District. The Interior Designer will be responsible for managing all aspects of design projects, including space planning, conceptualizing interior layouts, and creating construction drawings. The position involves selecting finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), liaising with architects and other contractors, and ensuring projects meet client expectations and timelines. Candidates will work collaboratively with the team to deliver innovative and highly functional design solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and creating efficient layouts for commercial and residential spaces.
- Strong knowledge of Interior Design principles and techniques, and experience with FF&E selection and specification.
- Ability to develop detailed and accurate Construction Drawings and a sound understanding of Architectural elements.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in design software and tools, such as CAD, SketchUp, or similar applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with clients, vendors, and project teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with the Pune market is a plus.
