Role Description
Job Role – Interior Designer (Pre-Sales & Design Coordination)
An experienced Interior Designer responsible for handling pre-sales discussions, client interactions, and interior design development from concept to execution. Skilled in preparing sketch designs, 2D drawings, space planning, and coordinating with clients to understand requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
Responsibilities include client handling, conducting site visits, assisting the Project Manager/Site Coordinator during execution, and ensuring smooth communication between design and production teams. Also responsible for pushing finalized designs to production, coordinating material and execution requirements, and ensuring designs are implemented as planned on-site.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Knowledge of Architecture and ability to interpret and integrate Construction Drawings into designs
- Experience with FF&E selection and coordination
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools)
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for client and team interactions
- Prior experience in managing residential or commercial interior design projects is a plus
