Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in the Pune District in a full-time capacity, collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop design concepts for residential, commercial, and office spaces. Daily responsibilities include space planning, developing mood boards, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating with vendors and contractors for timely project execution. The role involves preparing detailed drawings and presentations, overseeing installation of interior elements and modular furniture, and ensuring design quality aligns with brand standards and client expectations. The Interior Designer will conduct site visits, track project progress, manage design-related documentation, and support budget and timeline adherence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, visually cohesive, and client-focused spaces.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Architecture and Construction Drawings to interpret and produce accurate plans and technical details.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection to specify appropriate materials, finishes, and products for each project.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong visualization, concept development, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and an eye for color, texture, and finishes.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with clients, vendors, and site teams, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects, modular furniture, or fit-out execution will be an advantage.
