Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site at the Manikonda, Hyderabad location in a full-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients to understand their requirements, developing design concepts, space plans, and mood boards, and preparing detailed drawings and 3D visualizations. The role involves selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project budgets and timelines, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and monitoring work execution at project sites. The Interior Designer will collaborate with project management and construction teams to ensure design feasibility, quality standards, and timely delivery, while maintaining clear documentation and communication throughout each project.
Qualifications
- Strong interior design skills, including space planning, concept development, and material and color selection.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering tools) and basic MS Office skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work closely with site teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Effective client communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on understanding and translating client needs into practical designs.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial interiors, current design trends, and basic construction and fit-out processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in interior design, particularly in affordable housing or mid-market segments, is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad, conduct regular site visits, and collaborate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
