Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, developing creative interior concepts, producing detailed construction drawings, and crafting comprehensive designs for residential, commercial, or other spaces. The role also includes the selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to ensure cohesive and professional designs aligned with client expectations. Collaboration with clients, vendors, and other design professionals will be a significant part of the daily workflow.
Qualifications
- Skills in Space Planning to optimize layouts and utilize space effectively
- Ability to produce professional and precise working Drawings
- Expertise in Interior Design, including creating cohesive aesthetics and design themes
- Experience with Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) design and specification
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in design software such as CAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in remote team environments
