About Us
Kite Creations is an Architecture & Interior Design Studio specializing in residential, commercial, and turnkey interior projects. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in client meetings and understand design requirements.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and design concepts.
- Create mood boards, presentation drawings, and material selections.
- Develop working drawings and modular furniture details in AutoCAD.
- Assist in preparing 3D models and coordinating renderings.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project execution.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining design quality.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp and Enscape/Lumion/V-Ray
- Understanding of interior materials and modular furniture
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
