Role Description
Your responsibilities include:
* Develop creative design concepts for mid and premium residential projects.
* Prepare layouts, working drawings, mood board 3D and presentations.
* Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor.
* Coordinate with , vendors, contractors and project management teams.
* Visit project sites on need basis to ensure designs are executed correctly.
* Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and present design solutions.
* Resolve site challenges while maintaining design quality, timelines, and budgets.
* Ensure every project reflects the Interior Maata Studio design standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
* 2–5 years of professional interior design experience.
* Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
* Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* A positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
Bonus If You Have
* Experience handling luxury residential projects.
* Strong site coordination and project management skills.
* Knowledge of BOQs, vendor coordination, and budgeting.
* Passion for creating sustainable Indian-modern interiors.
