Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer based in India. The Interior Designer will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as space planning, creating construction drawings, designing interior spaces, and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to meet client needs. The position requires collaboration with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure functional and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Interior Design, Space Planning, and creating innovative design concepts
- Proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and understanding Architecture principles
- Experience in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and implementation
- Strong project management abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Prior experience in residential or commercial interior design projects
