About the Role
Infra.Health is looking for creative and detail-oriented Interior Designers to join our Planning & Design Department. The ideal candidates should have a strong design sense, material knowledge, and hands-on experience in handling end-to-end interior design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and healthcare projects.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, layouts, and 3D views.
- Possess strong material knowledge and ability to identify finishes and textures suitable for each project.
- Prepare detailed specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Understand and apply standard market rates for materials and finishes to ensure cost-effective design.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors for design execution.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality, detailing, and design implementation.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and design accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Senior Designer: 8 years
- Junior Designer: 4 years
- Software Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray, Photoshop, MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction details.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
