Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and material palettes for fit-out projects
- Create detailed 3D models and walkthroughs using SketchUp for client presentations and internal coordination
- Prepare working drawings, elevations, and finish schedules in coordination with the execution team
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately on-site
- Source and recommend materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes within project budgets
- Attend client meetings to present design concepts and incorporate feedback
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors on design-related queries during execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp is mandatory (V-Ray or Enscape rendering knowledge is a plus)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for technical drawings
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace for documentation and presentations
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction detailing for interior fit-outs
- Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior design/fit-out projects (adjust based on seniority needed)
