Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our studio. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial and hospitality projects, with strong skills in concept development, working drawings, material understanding, and site coordination.
This role requires someone who can translate design intent into execution-ready drawings while collaborating closely with internal teams, consultants, clients, and vendors.Key Responsibilities1. Design Development
Contribute to conceptual design and schematic development.
Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes.
Develop detailed design drawings aligned with project requirements.
2. Working Drawings & Documentation
Prepare and coordinate working drawings.
Ensure accuracy and clarity in execution drawings.
Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structure, etc.) for integrated documentation.
3. Site Coordination & Execution
Conduct site visits and support execution teams.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained.
Resolve on-site design and detailing challenges.
Ensure projects are executed within timelines and quality standards.
4. Client & Vendor Collaboration
Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
Assist in material selection and vendor coordination.
Maintain effective communication across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of professional experience in interior design.
Experience in commercial and hospitality projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3D modeling tools, and MS Office.
Good understanding of execution processes and site workflows.
