Role Description
This is a full-time Interior Designer role based on-site in Shamshabad. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing design projects for residential and commercial spaces. Daily tasks include creating detailed space plans, developing and presenting designs, preparing construction drawings and documentation, and ensuring seamless collaboration with architects, construction teams, and clients. The role also involves selecting and sourcing furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to meet project aesthetic and functional requirements.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and visually appealing layouts.
- Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings to develop detailed and accurate project documentation.
- Knowledge of FF&E selection for sourcing appropriate furniture, fixtures, and equipment tailored to diverse design requirements.
- Strong project management, organizational, and collaboration skills to ensure efficient communication with clients and teams.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in managing interior design projects from concept to completion is a plus.
