We are looking for a dynamic Interior Designer who blends design expertise with strong client handling and sales capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who understands space planning, can think in terms of functionality and aesthetics, and is equally confident in converting client conversations into successful closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle needs, and space constraints
- Create design concepts, layouts, and presentations (2D/3D)
- Present design solutions with a strong focus on functionality and space optimization
- Drive client meetings, Make calls & follow-ups, and conversions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate with internal teams for execution
- Work closely with sales and project teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Maintain CRM updates and track lead progress
Key Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in interior design (residential preferred)
- Exposure to client handling and sales/conversion is a must
- Strong design sensibility with practical execution understanding
- Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking
