Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing design ideas, creating detailed space plans, collaborating with architects and contractors, preparing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) elements. The role also involves client interactions to ensure that the design aligns with their visions and expectations. Candidates will be expected to oversee project timelines and ensure quality standards are met throughout the design process.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Space Planning, Interior Design, and FF&E selection to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
- Proficiency in developing architecture and construction drawings with a thorough understanding of technical details and drafting processes.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and the ability to translate client needs into innovative design solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Prior experience with high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality design is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail, creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
