Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer at our Gurgaon location. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating interior concepts, conducting space planning, developing and reviewing architectural and construction drawings, selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and managing projects to ensure exceptional results. The designer will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure designs align with the clients' vision while maintaining high standards in aesthetics, functionality, and budget.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and understanding of efficient layout design
- Knowledge of Architecture and related principles
- Experience in creating and interpreting detailed Construction Drawings
- Expertise in Interior Design with a focus on innovative materials and finishes
- Skills in FF&E selection and specification
- Strong project management and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality
- Proficiency in CAD software and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software)
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Previous experience in residential and commercial interior design is a plus
