Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and creating detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand requirements, conducting site visits, preparing mood boards and material palettes, and coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure design execution. The role involves producing construction drawings, selecting FF&E, and collaborating with the team to maintain design quality and project timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, requiring close coordination with project stakeholders and regular presence at project locations.
Qualifications
- Ability to plan and organize interiors through strong Space Planning and Interior Design skills.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and building standards relevant to interior projects.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience in selecting and specifying FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar tools).
- Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors on-site.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
