Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing interior concepts, space plans, and detailed layouts that align with project requirements and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with internal teams and clients, preparing mood boards and material palettes, producing drawings and documentation, coordinating with architects and engineers, and supporting site execution. The role involves selecting finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring designs meet functional, aesthetic, budget, and timeline constraints. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring close collaboration with project teams and regular site visits to monitor design implementation and quality.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills for residential and/or commercial projects.
- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to develop and interpret detailed design documentation.
- Candidates should possess FF&E skills, including selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic knowledge of 3D visualization tools.
- Understanding of building codes, materials, and finishes, with attention to ergonomics and sustainability.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in interior projects is preferred.
