Role Description The Interior Designer role at DoubleOne Infrastructure™ is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Greater Delhi Area, with flexibility for some work from home. The Interior Designer will develop concept designs, plan layouts, and create detailed interior schemes for premium residential projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating FF&E selections, collaborating with architects and construction teams, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout execution. The role involves site visits, client meetings, and vendor coordination to oversee quality, timelines, and adherence to sustainability and brand standards. The Interior Designer will also support documentation, material specifications, and design revisions based on feedback and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and FF&E skills, including concept development, material selection, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment coordination.
- Candidates should possess Space Planning skills to optimize layouts, circulation, and functional zones in high-end residential environments.
- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to interpret and produce technical drawings, details, and documentation aligned with project standards.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), along with basic knowledge of sustainable design practices.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, consultants, and site teams in a hybrid work setup.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential or luxury interiors within the NCR region is an advantage.
