Key Responsibilities
- Develop space planning and 2D layouts for residential/commercial projects.
- Convert client requirements and concepts into practical design solutions.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and project assessments.
- Prepare furniture layouts, electrical drawings, and soft furnishing selections.
- Obtain client approval for layouts and item lists before proceeding with detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with the Design Manager for design approvals.
- Collaborate with the 3D Visualizer to create realistic project views.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback when required.
- Prepare project estimations and final production drawings.
- Coordinate with the execution and project teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in interior design.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Team player with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
