Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Pune and Navi Mumbai. The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning and designing interior spaces, creating construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life. Key tasks include conducting site visits, assessing client needs, preparing design concepts, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

Locations: Pune and Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform space planning and develop functional interior layouts.
- Prepare 2D designs and drawings for assigned projects using AutoCAD.
- Incorporate client concepts, preferences, and requirements into design plans.
- Maintain individual client project files and update daily work progress.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and project understanding.
- Prepare furniture layouts and finalize soft furnishings.
- Create electrical drawings based on finalized layouts.
- Obtain client approval for Layout and Item List (LIL) before starting 2D drawings.
- Seek internal approvals from the Design Manager before sharing drawings with clients.
- Collaborate with 3D Visualizers to develop project 3D views.
- Make drawing revisions based on client or internal feedback.
- Prepare final project estimations.
- Send finalized drawings to the factory for production.
- Coordinate with the Project Execution Team during project implementation.
- Ensure client satisfaction and obtain the Client Satisfaction Report upon project completion.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D interior drawings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
- Strong coordination and teamwork abilities.
