Role Description The Interior Designer will be a full-time, on-site team member based in the Pune Division, responsible for designing functional, aesthetic, and innovative office interiors aligned with Desqkraft’s brand and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include developing space plans, creating interior design concepts, and preparing detailed drawings and specifications for modular office systems, furniture, and finishes. The role involves collaborating with architects, project managers, suppliers, and clients to refine design solutions, ensure feasibility, and maintain project timelines and budgets. The Interior Designer will review construction drawings, coordinate FF&E selections, and support site visits to track progress and resolve design-related issues. The position also requires staying current with workplace design trends, materials, and technologies to contribute fresh ideas to evolving workspace solutions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to create integrated office and workspace solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning to optimize layout, circulation, and functional zoning in office environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, elevations, and technical documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment coordination aligned with design concepts and budgets.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools) and presentation tools.
- Strong visual, conceptual, and technical design skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Experience in commercial or office interior projects is preferred; familiarity with modular systems and workplace ergonomics is an advantage.
