Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer position located in Kota. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing creative design concepts, preparing construction drawings, managing space planning, and overseeing the selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure flawless project execution and timely completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design with a deep understanding of creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
- Experience in Architecture and the ability to collaborate with other design and construction professionals effectively.
- Expertise in producing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documents for project execution.
- Knowledge of FF&E selection, including styling, sourcing, and coordinating finishes to meet design objectives.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Previous experience in interior design or related fields and a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a similar discipline are preferred.
