Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate Interior Designer with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to contribute to the end-to-end design process—from conceptual development to on-site execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating ideas into tangible spaces and wants hands-on exposure to real projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop spatial concepts and assist in shaping residential and hospitality projects
- Translate ideas into detailed drawings and technical documentation
- Create 2D/3D models and visualizations to communicate design intent
- Work on material exploration, finishes, and detailing
- Collaborate closely with site teams, vendors, and consultants
- Participate in site visits, problem-solving, and execution tracking
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in interior design
- Strong conceptual thinking and design sensibility
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp / 3D modelling tools
- Good drafting and detailing skills
- High attention to detail and execution clarity
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
