Role Description
We are looking for a talented Interior Designer for a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing creative and detailed design concepts, engaging with clients to understand project requirements, and producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings. The role also includes overseeing space planning, ensuring functional and aesthetic excellence in every project.
The Interior Designer will collaborate closely with clients and site supervisors to ensure seamless project execution, coordinate material and design selections, and ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, delivering innovative residential interior solutions from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using industry-standard software
- Manage space planning and residential interior layouts
- Coordinate with clients for design discussions, selections, and approvals
- Collaborate with site supervisors to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Monitor project timelines and ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution
- Handle projects from concept development through final delivery
Qualifications
- Proficiency in space planning and interior design principles
- Experience in residential interior drawings and design development
- Strong client handling and communication skills
- Excellent visual, creative, and technical design abilities with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Escape, or similar design tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, vendors, and execution teams
- Experience managing projects from concept to completion will be an added advantage
