Role Description
This full-time, on-site Interior Designer role is located in Preet Vihar. The Interior Designer will work closely with clients to conceptualize and execute design projects, ensuring spaces are both functional and stylish. Daily responsibilities include space planning, creating design proposals, coordinating FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and preparing construction drawings. The role also involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors to achieve project goals while maintaining Black Oak’s high standards of design excellence.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Interior Design and a strong understanding of Space Planning to create functional and aesthetically appealing layouts.
- Familiarity with Architecture and Construction Drawings for seamless coordination with project teams.
- Experience with FF&E selection and procurement to align with the project’s vision and budget.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, designers, and contractors.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of sustainability and eco-friendly design practices is a plus.
