Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Noida. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing designs for retail outlets, corporate offices, residential interiors, kiosks, and modular furniture. Daily tasks include space planning, creating mood boards and detailed drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and preparing 2D/3D visualizations. The role involves coordinating with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure designs are executed accurately and within timelines, conducting site visits, and resolving design-related issues during execution. The Interior Designer will also support client presentations, incorporate feedback, and ensure designs align with brand guidelines, functionality, budget, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in interior design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar 2D/3D software, along with MS Office for documentation and presentations.
- Demonstrated skills in space planning, material and finish selection, and creating detailed drawings, layouts, and mood boards for retail, office, and residential projects.
- Ability to manage design documentation, including BOQs, specifications, and design reports, and to coordinate effectively with project, site, and vendor teams.
- Knowledge of basic civil, electrical, lighting, HVAC, and MEP considerations as they relate to interior design, including practical understanding of false ceilings, partitions, and flooring.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in commercial or retail interiors preferred.
- Strong visual and aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and ability to balance brand identity, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present concepts clearly and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
