Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Chennai. The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning efficient use of interior spaces, creating innovative designs, developing and presenting construction drawings, selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and collaborating with clients and team members to bring visionary residential projects to life. The role requires close coordination with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet both aesthetic and functional goals within specified timelines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and visually appealing residential interiors
- Proficiency in Architecture and developing detailed Construction Drawings
- Experience in FF&E selection and ability to manage aesthetic and quality standards
- Strong commitment to client collaboration and meeting project requirements
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in design software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar applications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
