Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Udaipur. The Interior Designer will develop interior concepts, prepare mood boards, and translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic design solutions for luxury residential and hospitality projects. Daily responsibilities include space planning, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating FF&E selections, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately. The role involves site visits, supervising implementation, resolving design and execution issues, and maintaining quality and timelines. The Interior Designer will also participate in client meetings, present design proposals, and support documentation and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills for residential and hospitality projects.
- Candidates should possess Architecture awareness and the ability to read and interpret Construction Drawings.
- Candidates should possess FF&E knowledge, including selection of furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment aligned with project concepts.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Candidates should possess strong visualization, detailing, and material selection skills, with a focus on luxury interiors.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, client-handling, and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with site teams and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; experience in high-end or hospitality projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, manage multiple projects, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
Experience
Minimum experience of 3-5 year.
