Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating construction drawings, and designing interiors aligned with architectural objectives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with architects and clients, selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), ensuring designs meet sustainability standards, and overseeing project execution. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to balance functionality with aesthetics.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design principles
• Proficiency in Construction Drawings and architectural principles
• Knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection and application
• Strong understanding of sustainable and community-centric design approaches
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills for working with clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Experience
• Residential & Hospitality expertise preferred
• 3 to 5 years
