Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Rajkot. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, prepare mood boards, and produce detailed interior layouts aligned with project requirements and brand standards. Daily responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and preparing presentations for client meetings. The role also involves collaborating with architects, consultants, and contractors, reviewing construction drawings, and conducting site visits to ensure design intent and quality are maintained. The Interior Designer will work closely with the project team to meet timelines, adhere to budgets, and support documentation and design approvals.
Qualifications
- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to translate concepts into functional and aesthetic solutions.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to coordinate effectively with project teams and site execution.
- Experience with FF&E selection, specification, and coordination, including materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a portfolio demonstrating interior design work.
