Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and planning layouts for residential and commercial spaces, creating construction drawings, selecting and specifying FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating closely with clients and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts. Daily tasks will include project site visits, material selection, and presentation to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to develop innovative and functional layouts
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and experience in Construction Drawings
- Experience with FF&E selection and specification to ensure quality and aesthetic excellence
- Strong project management, communication, and client collaboration skills
- Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar
- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
