Role Overview:The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion. You will translate client requirements into cohesive design concepts, produce technical drawings, manage material sourcing, and oversee on-site execution to ensure the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Concept Development: Formulate comprehensive design concepts, space plans, mood boards, and color schemes based on client briefs.
- Technical Drafting: Develop precise 2D layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings using industry-standard software.
- 3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D renderings to effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
- Material & FF&E Sourcing: Specify and source appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures within the designated budget.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, vendors, and site supervisors to ensure projects are executed accurately and on schedule.
- Client Management: Maintain professional communication with clients, addressing feedback and presenting design iterations confidently.
Qualifications & Requirements:- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Pytha
- Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of materials, construction details, and local building codes. Excellent space-planning and structural understanding.
