Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing creative and functional design concepts for residential and commercial spaces, from initial client brief to final execution. Day-to-day activities include meeting clients, understanding requirements, preparing layouts and 3D visualizations, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating with vendors and site teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. The role also involves preparing detailed drawings, monitoring on-site work, and aligning designs with project budgets and timelines while maintaining brand standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring regular presence at the office and project locations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), including concept development and material selection.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and aesthetics in residential and commercial projects.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles to coordinate design intent with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) requirements.
- Ability to create and interpret Construction Drawings and detailed working drawings for execution teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools) and MS Office.
- Strong communication, client-handling, and project coordination skills, with attention to detail and time management.
- Experience in turnkey interior projects or luxury residential/commercial interiors in Pune or similar markets is an advantage.
