Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer/Architect based in Jaipur. The professional will be responsible for designing and drafting interior and architectural plans, preparing 2D and 3D layouts, selecting materials, and managing project timelines. Collaborating closely with clients and team members, the role requires ensuring design concepts are aligned with client expectations and project specifications. The professional will also oversee the execution phase, ensuring adherence to design standards and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D modeling tools
- Strong creative and aesthetic sensibility for developing innovative and functional interior and architectural designs
- Ability to manage projects, create design deliverables, and meet deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of material selection and an understanding of construction methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with clients and teams
- Proven experience in interior design or architectural roles; degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulatory standards is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to tasks
