Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer & Architect, based in Pune District. The responsibilities include creating innovative interior and architectural designs, space planning, developing construction drawings, and working on furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver custom interior solutions, from initial concept design to project completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Interior Design and expertise in creating functional and visually appealing interiors
- Strong skills in Space Planning and Architecture to optimize layouts and create efficient environments
- Experience in creating Construction Drawings and technical documentation
- Knowledge and expertise in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and specifications
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage resources effectively
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and materials is a plus
