Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer/Architect in Patna. In this role, you will be responsible for client conversation, design and Quotation preparation, design finalisation, design validation, preparing working drawing and working with clients to determine their project requirements. You will also be responsible for space planning, selecting and specifying FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and overseeing project execution to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Modular Interior design and Space Planning
- Strong skills in Interior design, Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Proficiency in client and vendor conversation
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Experience working on-site and managing construction projects.
- Prior experience in Modular interior design is a plus
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp.
