Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer and Counsellor based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include developing creative interior design solutions, executing space planning and construction drawing tasks, selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and collaborating with architects and builders to ensure project alignment. The role also involves providing expert design consultation to clients while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Space Planning and Interior Design skills, including creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet client expectations.
- Proficiency in Architecture, Construction Drawings, and related software tools, with experience collaborating with architects and contractors.
- Knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection, sourcing, and specification to match client requirements.
- Excellent communication and client counselling skills to provide personalized interior design solutions.
- Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, or similar) would be an advantage.
- Prior on-site working experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
